Adult FLIPFIT Gymnastics Fitness Class: Strength, Agility & Conditioning (Ages 15+)
Unleash your inner athlete with Kingswood Gymnastics' new FLIPFIT Adult Gymnastics Fitness Class, a dynamic blend of gymnastics conditioning and functional fitness designed to build strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance. This class combines elements of traditional gymnastics physical preparation—such as core stabilization, bodyweight strength training, and mobility work—with high-energy gym-style circuits for a full-body workout that challenges all fitness levels.
Expect a mix of:
✔ Gymnastics-inspired strength training (rings, parallel bars, floor drills)
✔ Core and mobility work to enhance flexibility and injury prevention
✔ Plyometrics & agility drills for power and control
✔ High-intensity circuits using weights, resistance bands, and cardio bursts
